Thanks for the assist, Chris.
A mildly hazy glowing orange with a dense, white head with excellent retention. The nose has gorgeous fit character with a blend of peach and apricot, with hints of plum in there. Mild floral honey, complementing the fermentation profile of the base beer. Soft yeast spices and warmth, complementing the fruit and soft grain. The palate opens with a firm, sharp acidity from the fruit, a blend of skin and pit acidity. As it warms, it gains a particularly gorgeous spice note, a blend of clove and a little pepper. The fruit is soft and layered. As opposed to Upright's saisons that are drier, I've found the nebuleus beers to have a rather confidently asserted sweetness, delicate but noticeable, and it really works here, complementing the fruit and the acidity is a really refined way. Drying with lemon peel, stone fruit and spices. Delightful.
