Thanks, Chris.
A mildly hazy orange with a dense white head with good retention and lacing. The nose has a blend of lime, lemon, a little straw, oak with a juicy, mildly fruity rosé. Soft, yeasty esters, beautiful fermentation profile. Mild clove. The palate opens with a really lovely, bright tartness, with citrus brightness and depth, notes of kafir lime leaf, honey, oak, rose, a soft fruity vinous character. Tart, clean with a complex fermentation profile. Excellent.
