Absolute beautiful beer with a deep purple color and purple head. Heavy raspberries at the nose without funk. The taste is rich in jammy raspberries; it is not sour nor funky. But it is very tart and almost savory and then finishes very dry. It has a dry red wine quality. Very little acidity in the mouth; making it easy to polish this whole bottle alone. So much flavor packed in this bottle.

Thanks, Chris.
A ridiculously saturated purple with a purple head. The nose is a really inspired blend of blackcap raspberries and herbal yarrow. The combination is not something I'd really think of, but it's exquisitely executed, with a soft, tart base. Unlike other nebuleus saisons, the base beer is obliterated with the focus being entirely on the fruit and yarrow. Thankfully, acidity is reserved, allowing the berry depth to shine. Soft, spicy, herbal yarrow lends a compelling counter to the tart berries. Minimal tannins. Rich, anthocyananin heavy feel. Very tasty, but not as refined as some of their best.
