this saison was brewed on 01.07.2022 with purple egyptian barley and spelt from LINC malt. fermented with a mixed culture and aged for 8 months in a barrel from Bull Run distillery that held gin for 7 years(!). refermented on amber jewel and flavor grenade pluots. bottled 10.27.2022.

Lovely nebuleus fermentation character, softly fruity and spicy, lovely pluot, light gin. Just outrageous fruit character, really harmoniously integrated with soft acidity and soft conditioning.
