Lovely grain, soft fermentation character, light acidity with soft vinous notes. Fleshy stone fruit, mellow. Mild lactic acidity with touch of lemon that brightens the stone fruit on the mid-palate. Creamy carbonation. Long, tart finish with lingering stone fruit. The vinous notes really pop as it warms, really complementing the stone fruit.
