Nebuleus Beer

A mostly clear light orange with a dense, white head with great retention and lacing. The nose is classic nebuleus. Lovely base saison with soft, warm fermentation, lightly spicy with light grain and delicate clove notes. The gin pops as this warms up, with floral, fruity notes, more citrus peel than juniper. A hint of vanilla. The palate opens mildly tart and bright, a lightly lemony sourness that's complemented by the nebuleus house saison yeast. Gin follows, with dried orange peel, soft vanilla, a little juniper. Drying, fruity, soft finish, a hair thin that holds it back. Lovely.
