Snagged a 0.33l bottle to-go after finishing dinner at the brewpub. Pretty cheap at €1.20 and dated best by 16.05.24. Classified as an unfiltered Helles. Drinks more like a Keller/Zwickel bc it’s unfiltered but has the classic Helles fruity/barny grain bill and character. Rich and full-bodied, it’s a bit chalky and cloying. Likely better vom fass but certainly not their best beer.
