It’s your lucky day! Each sip of this zippy and refreshing sour is a winning combination of tangy sour notes with loads of fresh peach flavour. Throw in some Harlequin and Amarillo hops and fortune has smiled in your favour!

473 mL can from the LCBO; dated Apr 16 2024 and served slightly chilled.
Pours a hazy golden-yellow colour, generating two fingers of lumpy, foamy white head that steadily drops off within the next five minutes, give or take. A creamy collar of frothy suds is left encircling a thin cap, with a narrow band of lace clinging to the perimeter of the glass; yep, it looks the part of a peach sour. There is some subtle peach and/or apricot fruitiness on the nose, but it's actually the dry hops that make up most of the aroma. Floral, fruity and faintly citrusy, with muddled hints of orange, pineapple, cantaloupe and wheaty, bready malts.
The flavours are alright, but the peach doesn't really 'pop', which makes for a rather dull fruited sour. Wheaty malt sweetness and underripe peach flavour come through initially, with hints of passionfruit, pineapple and lemon also apparent. Mild lactic sourness on the back end, with floral hops and underripe/tart peach flavours quickly dissipating into a weakly tart aftertaste that trends dry. On the lighter side of medium bodied, with moderate carbonation that adds some bite to this brew's otherwise smooth, soft mouthfeel. Good drinkability, but one can is enough for me tonight.
Final Grade: 3.65, a B grade. Snake Eyes is a serviceable peach sour - definitely not a world-beater, but all things considered, it's something that I could drink again without a fuss. Interestingly, that puts it in the same camp as (most of) the other Wellington fruit sours I've tried over the last decade or so: they never really knock it out of the park, but true stinkers are also hard to come by. If I had to suggest one thing to improve this beer, it would be more (ripe) peach flavour, please.

At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, from the University Ave. West LCBO in nearby downtown Windsor. My first beer from the Guelph, Ontario brewery.

Poured a 473ml can into a pint glass. A one finger bubbly white head on a hazy apricot yellow. The head diminishes to a layer. Some patchy lacing.
Sour peach smells.
Sour up front.
Medium light body and strong carbonation.
A light refreshing sour.
