On-tap at Wychwood Barns, enjoyed with george of F&M. Grapefruit colour with small retained white ehad, and some lace. Aromas is cat-p fom the Citra. Smooth drinker, above average mouthfeel, aided by understated carbonation. The European hops including Tettnang and Fuggles gave a big bitterness, citra is there as a dry hop. 32 IBU that seems 50 plus. A tad of chooclate malt, lots of carmel, also notes of cabbage and raddish. Long bitter finish.

Collaboration brew from Wellington and F&M Brewery, brewed at Wellington for TFOB.
Pours an orange amber colour, decent white head, light lace. Smell is hoppy and malty up front, lots of citrus and grapefruit, light buttery presence is noticed as well, also a caramel maltyness comes and goes but fairly hop forward. Taste is malt and caramel followed by a long hoppy bitterness, pine with some citrus present, clean finish with more bitter hop aftertaste. Medium carbonation, medium body, slightly oily, good weight. This was very good and one of my favourites of the day, fairly hoppy for a bitter that straddles the line of APA quite closely, solid collaboration for sure.
