Easy Ten Concord Grape Sour is always a winning bet. Made with real Concord grape, this beer delivers a juicy punch that’s both tangy and refreshing. The subtle grape flavour perfectly balances the sourness, giving you a crisp, clean, and fruity finish that makes every sip a lucky one!

At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, 473mL in a pint glass. From The Roundhouse Centre LCBO on Howard Ave. in nearby Windsor. Canned March 18/25. My 5th beer from the Guelph, Ontario brewery, and 4th for 2025. Appreciated by Sundae the cat...

473 mL can from the LCBO; dated Mar 18 2025 and served slightly chilled.
Pours foggy reddish-amber with a pinkish blush; it's crowned with nearly two fingers of foamy, pale pink-tinged head that settles off within the next several minutes. Plenty of messy lace deposition, with a thin collar and wispy film surviving afterwards; looks fine. Subtle aroma with hints of lemon, red wine, grape juice and a touch of armpit funkiness.
A well balanced kettle sour with authentic grape flavours. Lemon tartness, lactic acidity and grainy malts get things started, with concord grape and sweet red wine asserting themselves by mid-sip. Slight funk on the back end, with some mild tannin astringency as well; hints of red wine and grape fade into a dry aftertaste. Medium in body, with low-ish carbonation that weakly agitates the palate; smooth, soft, somewhat juicy mouthfeel that works well. Superb drinkability.
Final Grade: 3.86, a B+. Easy Ten is an approachable, highly crushable fruit sour that I found easy to appreciate. Some more punch out of the grape would've been nice - not too much, because then it risks coming off as fake - but maybe a little nudge in that direction, to bonify its grape juice cred (especially on the nose). Other than that, I think it's a great brew, and conceivably one of Wellington's best fruited kettle sours to date. Better than their Snake Eyes peach sour IMO - I'd totally buy this again if I were in the mood for a fruited sour.

Pours a purple pink color. Not much foam or lacing. Very mild aroma.
Taste is fine. Sour and tart, with a slight sweetness. I don't like overly sweet drinks so that's a plus for me.
I'm getting hops and even a slight amount of grain on the after taste ( but i just had a whole Loblaws baguette).
This is a solid beer that I could get again if I'm in the mood for a sour, but I really don't crave sours too often.
Quickly browsing over at LCBO you see a bright purple can with grapes on it, I immediately thought of grape soda ( That I drank sometimes as a kid during school birthday parties after everyone took all the pink cream soda cans ) but this beer is nothing like that. NOT super syrupy sweet and ultra artificially flavored (as far as I know) and feels more like a natural sour. I recommend a different design for the can that doesn't scream "Grape Soda. "

I bought a can at the LCBO in Ontario Canada 473ml at 5.2% drinking it right out the can .
Easy Ten Concord grape sour .
It thought it was going to be overpowering with sour but it's actually perfectly balanced of grapes kinda like a sparkling red wine beer drink .
Very enjoyable to drink cold on a hot summer day I would definitely buy this again.
Cheers
