Ceri is a bright, crisp pilsner brewed with all pilsner malt and cold-fermented for a clean finish. Cherry concentrate is added after fermentation to deliver a subtle, candy-cherry character that stays softly sweet and beautifully balanced against the beer’s dry, snappy base. Light, playful, and easy-drinking, Ceri takes its name from the Malay word for cherry and the Welsh term meaning “my dear,” a fitting nod to a beer that is charming, approachable, and hard not to love.

From a 473ml can packaged on Feb 02 2026. Poured into a pint glass. A one finger, fine white head on a foggy pale orange. good head retention. A thin layer sticks around to the end with lots of foamy lacing.

Some crackery malts with some fruit in the nose. An interesting taste. More crackery malts. A mild cherry taste overlays it, followed by a drying finish. No hop bitterness to speak of.

Medium body and carbonation. Overall an interesting beer. A bit of a stretch to call it a Pilsner but still a worthy effort.
