I had this beer on-tap in a Willi Becher glass at the brewery in Hoodsport.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a tiny haze and a finger of ivory foam atop.
Smell: very light aroma with crackery malt and a little hop character. It’s good, but the volume needs to be turned up a little.
Taste: crackery malt with a nicely noble, lightly floral hop character. A nice, soft pilsner.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a lovely pilsner; I could drink a lot of this.
