Richly malty with significant caramel. Hints of roasted malt present, as that nutty character, all of which lingers into the finish. Old English Hop flavors and bitterness are medium-low, so the malt presence dominates the balance. Low alcohol presence in the flavor but yeast esters suggest plums, raisins and dried fruit. The palate is full and semi- sweet, but finishes medium-dry, with a light roasty-grainy note. This brew pairs beautifully with our delicious smoked meats! Limited special edition!
