Drank 7/29/24
Pour is a crystal clear pale yellow with a finger of chalk white head that fades quickly to nothing.
Nose is a bit fruity followed by baked bread, and biscuit.
Taste follows, but in the opposite order. The baked bread / biscuit is a bit more forward than the fruity notes; inverse of the nose. Moderate / low spicy hop bitterness, though, more than the nose would suggest.
Crisp and refreshing, this moderate / moderately high carbonated beer is very refreshing and easy to drink.
Delicious beer; and this from someone whose go-to lager wouldn't be kolsch.
