If you previously enjoyed our Zwickel Pils, this is the same beer, realized into it’s fully lagered form. Brewed with a base of 100% German Pilsner Malt, hopped in the kettle with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and fermented with our house lager yeast. Being such a simple recipe, this lager is the kind of beer where our brewers can really show their technical skill and mastery of the brewing and cellaring process.
We get a pleasant floral and noble hop aroma; crackery, malty, and herbal notes on the palate, finishing with a punch of clean, snappy bitterness. At 4.4% ABV, this is a beer to be enjoyed in high quantities.

Pour is a clear, deep straw yellow with a dense cap of creamy, dense, chalk white foam.
Nose is wonderful bready malts, doughy, cracker with a moderate grassy hop character
taste follows. bready, cracker, doughy and finish is a solid, soft, bitterness and grassy, spicy hops.
