New England Style IPA brewed with Texas grown barley and wheat from our friends Texas Farms. Texas Malt. We mashed a blend of San Jacinto Heritage 2-Row Malted Barley, Denton County Wheat Malt, and malted oats for a lusciously silky mouthfeel and soft bready base to present the hops. The wort was then cool-pool hopped solely with Mosaic and dry hopped twice with massive doses of some exceptional Galaxy hops. We find that the aroma is an incursion of peach, mango, lychee, and tangerine with the flavor following suit with an added mixed berry note and juicy finish, all on top of a pillowy soft mouthfeel.
