A 6.7% ABV New England IPA, Sunshine Maker is bursting with aromas of pineapple, mandarin orange and star fruit, with background notes of taffy and creamy sherbet. Brewed with Texas grown San Jacinto Heritage 2-Row Malt, Denton County Wheat Malt, and Malted Oats for a creamy and soft mouthfeel, the beer was then hopped in the whirlpool solely with Idaho 7. We then pitched our favorite English yeast and dry hopped during fermentation with Cashmere, and post fermentation with Melba and a sprinkling of Sabro.
