Drank 12/16/23. Purchased from brewery 12/14/23
Pour is a murky, opaque pale yellow. chalk white head. good retention. good lacing.
Nose is resinous hops, dank, pine, berries, citrus rind, grapefruit,. Bursting wit hop aroma throughout the drinking experience.
Taste follows citrus rind, dank, resin, lemony some bready malt character sneaks in at the finish to balance a solid bitter hop character. hint of oranges as the beer warms, but not in an unpleasant way. Candied fruit.
Smooth, easy to drink, a bit crisper mouthfeel than typical in NEIPAs, but at only 7% it works.
