Pour is an opaque pale yellow with a rocky cap of chalk white foam. Great retention and lacing.
Nose is huge waves of tropical fruit, berries, peach, pear, resinous hops. Top notch
Taste follows. Huge hit of berries, tropical fruit, mango, peach, resinous hops, pear. Firm bitterness over a lightly bready malt character.
Smooth, lightly creamy body.
Not overly sweet as DIPAs and, in particular, NEIPAs can tend to be. Very well made.
