Drank 12/21/2023
Pour is a pale, straw yellow. Crystal clear with a chalk white head. decent retention. Head fades a bit too quickly.
Nose is resinous pine, dank, cherry pits?, cereal grain, doughy,
Taste is dank, resin, pine, mixed in with a doughy malt, firm bitterness, citrus rind, grapefruit, lemon rind. Very subtle fruity/berry thing showing up on the finish as the beer warms.
Very clean, crisp. Astoundingly so, I'd say, for 8%. Very easy to drink. Another winner from Fass.
