This 6.8% IPA was mashed with Pilsner malt, Malted Oats, Malted Wheat and a dash of Carahell, a pale Germán crystal malt. Hopped it in a whirlpool solely with Citra, then fermented it with a blend of Norwegian kveik yeast. It was dry hopped once during fermentation with 2 lbs per barrel of Citra and again after fermentation with 2 lbs per barrel of Mosaic.
