West Coast IPA bittered with Chinook, then hopped in the kettle with more Chinook, Amarillo, and Simcoe. The beer was then dry hopped twice post fermentation with Amarillo, Cascade, Simcoe, and Columbus.

Drank 7/17/24. Purchased from brewery same day
Pour is a beautiful, crystal clear deep golden yellow with a big, pillowy off white head with good retention.
Nose is a huge wave of classic west coast ipa. grapefruit, pine, resinous hops, citrus rind
Taste is much the same. Grapefruit, pine, citrus rind with a moderate, but firm bitterness layered over a bready malt backbone.
Smooth, crisp, easy to drink. dry finish. lingering bitter grapefruit. Great beer.

16 oz can poured into a goblet. Yellow gold body that was mostly clear with a medium white head. Faint nose of citrus and pine. Prominent taste of grapefruit and pine and citrus fruit, with a nice bitterness. Medium body and carbonation. A very good West Coast version of an IPA with just a touch of the more modern fruity versions.
