Can fresh from brewery. Drank 10/23/24
Pour is a crystal clear golden yellow with a cap of chalk white foam. Decent lacing and retention.
Nose is resinous, dank hops. Pine, grapefruit, citrus. Definitely classic WCIPA
Taste follows. So good. Fresh, dank hops. Pine, grapefruit, citrus. Firm bitterness. Lingering bitter grapefruit.
Smooth and crisp. Dry finish.
Excellent beer. Great example of a classic WCIPA from the days of the IBU wars. Maybe it's a good thing this isn't distributed - I'd buy too much of this beer.
