Wit the Frick the third beer in our in-house experimental “Frick” series. Brewed as a traditional Belgian Wit with added flaked oats and a soft water profile similar to what you’d expect with a NEIPA. Additional coriander at yeast pitch, 5lbs/bbl fresh orange peel in the fermenter, and a healthy...but restrained...dry hop of Amarillo, Strata, and Centennial.
