I had this beer on-tap in a shaker pint at the brewery in Mill Creek.
Appearance: medium copper hue with a dash of haze and a thin layer of tan foam atop.
Smell: lightly sweet with a nice, toasty, bready malt aroma. It’s actually quite nice.
Taste: sweetish malt with a caramelly, bready character, and a moderate bitterness underneath with maybe a little citrus quality. It’s actually quite good.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: ESB and other amber-family beers aren’t always my favorites, but this one is pretty solid!
