A light bodied ale with a snappy dry finish. Saisons showcase the uniqueness of yeast strains used in fermentation which typically exhibit fruity characteristics reminiscent of pears, apples and peaches that are highlighted by spicy kicks of ground pepper. Extremely quaffable and entirely approachable.

Snifter at brewery. Cloudy orange golden with a thin, creamy white head. Light yeasty, bready aroma, sourdough. Taste is sweet, malty, bready, notes of lemon, meadow. Needs a bit more heft.
