Clear pale gold with an airy white foam head that leaves spotty lacing all over the glass.
While a little more clovey yet bitter than Saison du Clocher, it manages to avoid becoming victim to the typical American saison pitfalls, exhibiting a touch of allium in its bitterness instead of overwhelming with wit-like phenols.
The crisp medium-light body finishes more dry than Clocher as well.
