Slightly foggy burnt red, nearing brown, with a thin white head.
A tough competition with Noble Beast's Eau Rouge at Cleveland's Winter Warmer, this has a slight bit more acid, but is also more buttery. A hint of almost expresses in the phenol, and the body is a little thin or crisp.
Overall it could use a little more age, but is still a solid entry for the style.
