British pale ale with an eponymous minerality. Bright but balanced with graham cracker maltiness and white tea hoppiness from Fuggles, Challenger, and Sonnet hops. Delicate pear-fruit esters from our house yeast.

Taster at Cartesian. Dark golden pour, ring of off-white head. Sweet, malty aroma, toffee. Taste is caramel, malty, bready with mild sweetness. Smooth
