Golden with a minor haze. Modest head that becomes rim bubbles quickly. No lacing.

Pale malt aroma with a hint of sweet apple (like a seltzer). Even more faint is a touch of sour.

This is a sweeter Kölsch in a good way. Decent body for the style further enhanced by a lower carbonation level. There’s a notable Apple presence including the aforementioned sourness. I’m picking up a little alcohol but very little hop as expected. Overall, it’s very drinkable and enjoyable even if it’s a small departure from the style.
