Look: Clear dark mahogany brown body with orange highlights - no head - ?
Smell: Malty with medium and dark caramel.
Taste: Malty with dark bread, medium and dark caramel, and a hint of cocoa power. Lightly spicy, perhaps from alcohol. No noticeable hop flavor. A median bitterness along with the alcohol keeps it balanced.
Feel: Medium-full in body and smooth.
Overall: Quite a nice doppelbock.
