Pours a clear medium golden with medium head resolving to thin lacing.
Smell is sweet malt and a hint of citrus hops.
Taste is a mild malt (less than expected) followed by a grassy corn flavor and lemon finish.

Pint on draft at J's Oyster in Portland.

Appearance: Pours a yellow straw. Crystal clear. Almost no head. Really looks like a beer.

Aroma: Biscuit, grass, bit of buttery toast. Maybe faint corn.

Taste: Very lager like. I mean, it is one. Tastes like a fairly clean American lager. Some biscuit, faint lemon. Malty.

Mouthfeel: Thin and poundable.

Overall: Very average but reasonably pleasant lager. Would buy a six of this at lower price point.

This beer pours a very pale golden color with a two finger, creamy bright white head. Retention is below average for the style and there a few splotches of lacing left on the glass.

Smell is very biscuity with a little bit of dough, some herbalness and grassiness. The hops definitely take a back seat to the malt.

Taste is similar but more balanced. The grass and herbs come out of the gate first, but they are met mid sip by a whole lot of biscuit and dough. There is a touch of spiciness on the finish. Very simple, but nice.

Feel is light, very crisp and well carbonated with a fairly dry finish.

Overall this is a good beer. Simple flavors, but very refreshing. Not trying to do too much paid off in this instance.

Crystal clear straw color. Good starting head but it recedes quickly and leaves absolutely no lace.

Surprisingly "darker" smell than the color suggests, meaning I smell plenty of caramel as if there's a good amount of crystal malt. Light hop. Lighter yeast smell.

Much lighter flavor. Slightly sweet with a bit of corn adjunct flavor. Too bad, since the smell had me hopeful. Pretty good body with an elevated carbonation. The finish is malty with nearly no hop. Very short aftertaste. The flavor is very close to a macro-lager.

A: Pours a golden orange color with 2 fingers of head that fades down to a thin cap

S: Some caramel malt and bready notes meet light earthy hops and some graininess

T: Follows the nose. Starts off with some bready malt and light earthy hops. Goes into the grainy notes and a very light caramel sweetness. Finishes with lingering grainy notes and a light sweetness

M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation

O: A good lager with a focus on the malt and grains. Very easy to drink, but quite simple
