this beer is awesome, one of the more unique hoppy offerings i have had from anyone in a long time, all cryo hops will do that for you, but this shows a special level of skill and attention to detail, and while i expected to come in here and try all this cool wild saison type stuff, i ended up leaving high on the hops, this beer is the bomb. a little hazy but not grossly so, although i saw some less than appealing looking ones being consumed around the taproom. this one is lighter looking, high headed, and with a nose that makes me melt, almost defies the hops used, heck, does defy them, brings new character in my mind and my palate to these varietals, this seems like the limit of cryo, at least the new limit, and its amazing. the flavor is like orange candy, straight up peach rings from the old days, like from the bins, smuggled into a movie in seventh grade, takes me back alright, its they are sweet nor bitter, and they arent green either, so impressively interesting, it almost seems like it has to be fruited, but alas i think it is not! once i get peach ring, i cannot think otherwise, but there is a lot going on in the hop complexion here, super bright and fruity, not vegetal or oily even at all, and the level of intensity is through the roof. the rest of the beer is fine, unremarkable even in the face of this hop profile, and i feel like this was the highlight of my visit here, a twist i did not expect. one of the more dramatically flavored ipa types i have seen in awhile, and it puts these guys on the map for me...
