Brewed with Pilsner malt and Corn. Gently hopped with Perle hops. Will call this one the “Prosecco of Beer”.

single picked up at Big Head's Bottle Shop in Missoula, MT
16oz can poured into a Crux willi becher
p- slightly hazy pale gold with a small foamy white cap; quick recession; kind of lackluster
n- barely noticeable; maybe some light grassiness; underlaying sweetness if I take a big whiff
t- subtle profile; oranges and grassy hops; very light crackery body; a bit of rice-like character and corn; some juicy orange tartness lingers in the aftertaste; unique; comes off almost lightly tropical as it opens
mf- light bodied and crisp; high carb level; supports the profile nicely; probably the best element of the beer
o- the flavor (although delicate) and mouthfeel are the saving graces of this one; aroma needs work, though; with that being said, I do like the unique elements this one offers

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance- The beer pours light golden straw color with a small head of white foam. The head fades fast leaving a touch of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell - The aroma is strongest of a cracker and corn malt mixed with notes of grape and pear.
Taste - The taste starts with a crisp cracker and corn malt with notes of harvest fruits of pear and apple. As the taste advances some light notes of citrus and guava join in leaving one with a somewhat odd but decent taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel- The body is light with a moderate carbonation level.
Overall- Ah. Sorta weird, but not bad. Interesting and worth a try.
