Some roads don't start at a place. They start with an idea.
Mile Zero is our homage to the classic IPA. Head Brewer Jacob went back to the beginning on this one, revisiting the hops that helped define the style in the first place: Chinook, Centennial, and Simcoe. Pine, citrus, a little bite, and that clean, familiar IPA finish that made a lot of us fall in love with this style to begin with.

From a 4-pack picked up at the source in Missoula, MT
Poured into a Baerlic Belgian-style tulip
P brilliant deepish gold/caramel/orange w/ a dense 2f white head; looks excellent
N med nose of herbal notes, musky floral and malt combo (unique but pleasant), and honey; nice; dank catty character as it opens
T heavy cracker carries citrus, dank notes, and resin; tasty; light resiny bitterness lingers
Mf med bodied w/ light to med creaminess; med-high carb; almost overcarbonated, but I do like the creaminess it provides
O a rock solid IPA for sure- I dig it
