Our Munich-style Helles was brewed with all-German ingredients and lagered for a minimum of 4 weeks. This beer is a showcase of our favorite Weyermann malt and Noble hops. While being highly attenuated, there is still perceived malt sweetness that is balanced by a low but noticeable bitterness. This is the ultimate clean, crisp, and refreshing style. Prost!

Von C Brewing Co. "Helles"
$5 / 10 oz. on tap at the brewery on 4 June 2021
Notes: Somewhat hazy straw gold body beneath a short head of creamy bright white. Better than average head retention and lacing. The aroma is simply grainy malt with a light touch of floral hops but at least it's clean. The flavor displays grainy and bready malt with minimal floral and herbal hop notes. It's gently sweet but backed by a stiff bitterness that dries it in the end as the malt fades. Medium to medium-light in body and gently crisp.
