Notes: Sabra, Bru-1, and El Dorado hops. Hazy golden-amber body beneath a short head of creamy white. Fruity aroma with apple and some malt. There's a touch of caramel and toasted bread to the malt. It's a little honeyish as well. Where are the hop flavors? It's firmly bitter with a dry finish. It lingers with a slight floral note and some alcohol. Medium to medium-full in body and gently crisp.
