Look: Lightly hazy golden body beneath a short head of white foam. Very good head retention and lacing for a sour beer.
Smell: Mineralish with a suggestion of tartness. Fruity with apricot and nectarine.
Taste: The taste follows the aroma with an additional note of vanilla that lingers in the finish. Moderate bitterness but dry in the finish due to the acidity.
Feel: Medium-light in body and crisp.
Overall: Quite a nice fruity and refreshing beer.
