Fräulein is our first German style pils. Brewed with 100% Weyermann pilsner malt to establish a clean a crisp base malt character with notes of honey and crackers. Highly attenuated with a touch of grain sweetness. Saaz and Perle hops were used to give this refreshing beer a floral and spicy aroma.

On tap at brewery:
A very clear, light golden body with a white head that produces strong early lacing, fading as the beer is drunk. A bit of a day-old grass bitterness and spice Jon’s a fairly neutral grain aroma in the nose.
A spiced breast cracker opens the taste, with some generic fruitiness adding some sweeter notes. This balance nicely in the middle, with spicy bitterness closing this beer. A good beer that I’m not getting as much of the malt as I’d like
