Bottle from John's Marketplace. My first beer from this brewery. Clear golden pour, lasting small foamy head. Light bready aroma. Taste is bready, malty sweet. Full and smooth, creamy feel. Really nice.

Clear yellow amber brew with abundant foam in the Leute Bokbier glass. Spicy aroma with lemon and a green leafy nose. This is strong and clear with the usual Maibock malty taste. MIldly sweet and not as sweet as all too common in this style. Hints of plum with cookies. Tangy and somewhat alcohol tasting but entirely sippable. Overall it's a better than average Pale Bock. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at Bine & Vine in San Diego. Best By date is 19.02.26.
