Out of the can. Nice bready nose. Flavor is a bit harsher than I typically like my Kolshes. Like a light crisp, sweet flavor. This one has a bit of a hop sting. Tasty, but not what I was looking for after mowing the lawn.

From the 12 oz can in a snifter from the brewery while hanging out with
Bluejacket74! This solid brew pours a chill hazed yellow with a decent head
of white foam that settles to a thick ring, thin clumping layer, and shows
some nice light lacing. Nose of grassy hops, cereal grains, and light
breaded notes amongst honey sweet malts. Flavors surpass the nose
with herbal and grassy hops, honey malt, cereal and breaded malts, and
subtle peach notes as well as apple with warmth. Nice mouth feel; medium
light carbonation, medium light body, and a bitter hop and balanced sweet
malt finish.
Overall----solid
Cheers

12 ounce can, the dating is smudged on it so I have no idea when it was canned. Thanks to Brutaltruth for picking this up for us when we were at the brewery a little while back! Served in a can pint glass, the beer pours a clear light gold color with about an inch or so frothy white head that stuck around a bit. Good amount of lacing. The brew smells like doughy/grainy malt and earthy hops. I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also a bit of dried stone fruit flavors too, although I think the malt and noble hop flavors stand out. Mouthfeel/body is light, it's smooth and easy to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. It's a nice easy drinking brew, worth trying along with their other brews if you make a trip to the brewery!
