Poured from a pint can into a pint glass. The one finger white head sits upon a golden blonde body of beer. Excellent lacing as the beer is consumed. A bit of yeast on the nose, with mild hops hints. The first sip yields mils malt flavor with a nice hoppy kick at the end, cleansing the palate. First beer I have had from Evening Star Brewery; I'm sure I'll have more, and I hope to visit the brewery on one of my trips that take me thru Burlington.
