Pours dark brown with a finger of khaki foam. Aroma is roasty, toasty, caramely, and nutty malts. Some lingering chocolate and toffee around the edges. Flavor profile is roasty, toasty, nutty, caramely, bready, and earthy malts. Really hits the nutty and chocolate notes hard. Mouth feel is medium-thick with a mild silt that sits on the tongue. Overall, not super dark, but still plenty heavy.
