This Australian Sparkling Ale is filled with a medley of delicate fruit flavors like white grape, nectarines, and grapefruit thanks to the measured dry hop of 100% Australian hops. Following these flavors is some high carbonation and a bone dry finish to make this a thirst quenching and refreshing Ale. Whether the sun is beating down on you at T-Mobile Park or the Australian Outback, this beer is what you should be reaching for.

Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Can was filled today at the brewery. This beer is billed as an "Australian Sparkling Ale", which was described to me as somewhere between a pale ale and a blonde.
Appearance: light golden hue with a clear body and a thin finger of frothy ivory foam. Looks pretty good to me.
Smell: lightly sweet malt with a floral and citrusy aroma. A nice composition.
Taste: dry and hoppy up front; the flavor is drier than the aroma. The hops are citrusy in character with a bit of bite to them; the floral character persists in the aftertaste. An interesting pale ale (which is what I've decided to think of this as).
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and decent creaminess.
Overall: not a bad beer. There's a bite and perhaps a light astringency that impact drinkability a bit, but overall it's pretty good.
