English-Style Pub Ale which truly showcases the kinds of beers we love to brew. This Beer began as a traditional English Bitter but after restraining some bitterness, and adding a slight bit of malty complexity, we truly made it the Bugu way… Light, balanced, complex, and oh so tasty.

I had this beer on-tap in a tulip glass at the brewery in Monroe.
Appearance: pale amber-brown hue with a hint of haze and a finger of light tan foam atop.
Smell: biscuity malt with a little bit of a floral character. It's very light in intensity, but that's not surprising considering the ABV.
Taste: malt has some biscuity and caramelly character, and is a little bit bready. Bitterness is moderate and balanced. That slightly floral note from the aroma is here as well - very much something that reminds me of an English bitter. It's light, yet flavorful.
Mouthfeel: light body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a balanced and refreshing bitter; very drinkable. At 4.6% ABV, I could quaff this all day long
