Weib´s Brauhaus "Weiss"
1,90€/,3L on tap at the brewery on 18 September 2017
Notes: Original gravity: 11.2˚ Plato. 4.9% ABV. 22 IBUs. Brewed with Pilsner, Munich, and caramel malts.
Look: Hazy amber beneath a full head of fluffy white foam. Very good head retention and lacing.
Smell: Sweetish, grainy malt with an edge of herbal and floral hops.
Taste: Sweetish, grainy malt with a touch of caramel, and some grassy and herbal noble hops. Moderate bitterness. It finishes mainly dry, short and mild. Very nicely balanced.
Feel: Medium-light in body and gently crisp.
Overall: Quite charming, and unusual in its color and caramel flavor.

Light orange, very very hazy. Beautifule head, two fingers, creamy. Beautiful, even if a bit short.
In the smell a good maltiness, a good amount of yeast, bread crust. A delicate orange flowers.
In the taste the same notes of malt and yeast.
Quite full and round. Again orange flowers.
Delicate, and in the same time, full, without being heavy. Easily drinkable.
Good.
