Clear, gold appearance; coarse carbonation; thin, white head, lasting. Outstanding cereal grain smell; cracker. Grain and bread crust flavors; full-on hop bitterness; herbal notes of sage and thyme. Medium body with a light coarseness; moderate dryness.
