Our house lager that gives notes of biscuit, fresh bread, honey, and caramel. This is a crushable beer, and one of those beers you can't just have one.
Rising River Brewing's first commercial beer is in honor of the late mother and Grandfather of our Head Brewer (Jason). They both shared the same initials P.L.M. and a love for an easy drinking lager.

On tap at the brewery.
A - Slightly hazy medium to deep copper color, dense white creamy lacing, light carbonation.
S - Bready caramel malt with some earthyness over the top along with honey.
T - Follows the nose with bready toasted caramel, light earthyness, a tad of citrus, and ends nicely balanced with a slight nod to the sweeter side.
M - Medium body, gentle carbonation and a moderately wet finish.
O - This was brewed to be an easy quaffer, and that it certainly is.
