Tomorrow We Die Brewery – Mango Mission Hazy
7 ABV 40 IBU
I had this at the Brewery in Salem Oregon. It has a very cloudy orange color and a smell of fresh fruit. The taste is big with mango, some woodiness and the Citra hops all blending well together with enough tannins to stop the huge fruit presence from overwhelming the taste. The beer is made with ripe mangos added but they go together with hops to become a tasty brew that’s not too sweet. I think it’s a great hazy beer and I do recommend it highly.
