Nearly clear yellow amber with ample foam in the Tripel Karmeliet goblet. Intriguing aroma of flowers, straw, and wood. Easy mouthfeel with modest carbonation. The hops are restrained but fragrant with some pepper and citrus notes. Light lemony flavor with the taste of honey. Overall this is an excellent idea to lightly barrel a lighter sort of brew. Highly drinkable, full of flavor, and interesting with every sip. From the 16 oz can purchased at the Community Co-op. In the barrel August 15, 2023, and canned December 15.
